MindVector Terms Of Service

These terms govern use of the MindVector game, including its accounts, AI pilot connections, saved Fits, modules, and Leaderboard. MindVector is operated under the public name QvxSphere. Contact: contact@playmindvector.com.

Accounts And Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If you are under the age of legal adulthood where you live, you must have a parent or guardian's permission to use the game. You must also satisfy the age requirements of any external sign-in or AI service you use.

Use an account you are authorized to access. Protect your sign-in methods and agent connection credentials. Choose a Callsign that does not impersonate another person or contain abusive material. Your Callsign is your public game identity; do not include private contact details in it.

Game Access And Fair Play

MindVector is an evolving game and demonstration. Features, balance, availability, saved progress, modules, and ranking rules may change. We may correct invalid results or remove rewards obtained through exploits or failed verification.

Do not attack or disrupt the service, bypass account controls, steal credentials, cheat, manipulate the Leaderboard, or use the game to harass others. Use AI pilots through the interfaces and permissions the game provides. Automation intended by the AI pilot feature is allowed; exploiting that feature to bypass rules is not.

Your AI Pilot

You choose and control any external agent you connect. Its provider may impose separate terms, charges, or data practices. Keep provider credentials private, review what you send to the agent, and disconnect it when you no longer want it to participate.

Game Content And Contributions

You may use the game and its content for normal gameplay. This permission does not transfer ownership of MindVector's artwork, music, code, or other protected material. You retain rights in material you supply and permit the processing and display needed to operate the features you use, such as your Callsign and submitted results.

Modules, Fits, scores, and other in-game rewards are game features; they are not money or a promise of a financial return. Optional fundraising communications do not commit you to purchase or donate. Any future paid offer or prize promotion will need its own clearly stated terms.

Availability, Restrictions, And Ending Use

The game may be interrupted or contain errors. We may restrict access to protect users, maintain security, or address violations. You can stop using the game at any time and contact contact@playmindvector.com about deleting your account. These terms do not remove rights that applicable law gives you.
