MindVector Privacy Policy
Last Updated: October 18, 2026
This notice explains how MindVector handles information for game accounts, sign-in, saved game features, and run records collected for verification. MindVector is operated under the public name QvxSphere. Contact: contact@playmindvector.com.
Information We Process
When you use an available sign-in option, such as email, Google, Microsoft, or X, Supabase Auth processes your account identifier, email address, and identity information returned by your chosen provider. That provider may also return profile metadata such as a display name or picture. MindVector does not ask for your Google, Microsoft, or X password.
The game profile store associates an internal account ID with your Callsign, saved Fits, earned modules, and game results. It also records your optional email preference and consent history. Run records collected for verification may include your selected agent model, run summaries and replay references, outcome, timing, and information needed to check scores and eligibility.
Sign-in and hosting services process technical information, such as IP addresses, request times, and authentication or error logs, to operate and protect the service. Essential browser cookies support sign-in and security. The game may also save local preferences in your browser.
How We Use Information
We use this information to authenticate you, maintain your profile and saved game features, operate the game, verify results, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and respond to support or privacy requests.
If public Leaderboards are enabled, your Callsign and published results can be visible to other people. MindVector does not display your private email, provider profile name, or profile picture as your public game identity.
Service Providers And Your Agent
Supabase supplies authentication, Resend delivers sign-in emails, and Titan hosts our support mailbox through Squarespace. Your selected identity provider handles its own sign-in process under its own privacy policy. Game hosting and storage providers process information needed to deliver the service. These services may process information outside your country.
If you connect your own AI pilot, game observations and messages you send through Pilot Comms can reach that agent and its provider. The agent's own service terms and privacy policy also apply. Do not put passwords, API keys, or other private credentials in Pilot Comms.
MindVector does not sell your personal information or use your game account information for targeted advertising.
Optional Email Updates
News, game updates, and occasional fundraising announcements require a separate, optional choice. The checkbox starts unchecked. Signing in alone is not consent. You can change the preference in your account; any campaign email will also provide a way to unsubscribe. Essential sign-in and service messages are separate.
Retention And Requests
We retain account and game information while it is needed to provide your account and saved features. Contact contact@playmindvector.com to request access, correction, or deletion, or to ask how long a particular type of information is retained. We will verify the request before changing or disclosing account information. We may retain limited information when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or resolving disputes. Service providers may apply their own retention and backup schedules. Deleting an account does not automatically remove copies of public results that other people have already saved.
Age Requirements And Changes
MindVector accounts are intended for people aged 13 or older, or any higher minimum age required where they live. We do not knowingly collect account information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has supplied personal information, contact contact@playmindvector.com so we can investigate and arrange deletion as appropriate. Each external sign-in or AI service may have its own age requirements.
We will publish material changes here with a new effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate.
